The Enrolment Hub is a leader in the Australian early education enrolment and customer relations engagement arena. We offer clients a fully resourced and experienced customer relations and sales team dedicated to driving occupancy within the early childhood sector.

Due to our recent company expansion, we are now on the lookout for a standout Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging new clients within the early childhood sector to satisfy their strategic goals and also drive new business growth.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the primary responsibilities of:

  • Identify, pursue and develop strong and founding relationships with potential new clients through face to face client engagement
  • Negotiate and secure business through external stakeholder engagement
  • Build and maintain external stakeholder partnerships and referral structures
  • Continuously identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within accounts
  • Work with Business Directors and Child Care providers and owners to successfully deliver The Enrolment Hubs value proposition to its customers and boost the company growth. 
  • Participate in the sales development and planning process by developing and maintaining strong service and new business plans
  • Work independently as well as part of a team on key projects towards sales goals
  • Be a positive and enthusiastic member of the business and work respectfully and productively with management and fellow team members

Ideally this role will suit someone who:

  • Holds a degree in a relevant field
  • Has a minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Has a strong network within the Child Care Industry including providers, owners and key decision makers 
  • Has a proven track record in developing and closing new business opportunities 
  • Has proven ability to negotiate 
  • Has the ability to design and implement business development strategy and develop innovative solutions
  • Must have a valid Australian drivers license and own car

Salary package will be commensurate with experience.
