ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is the beginning of an exciting career opportunity for a passionate and energetic person who has a strong work ethic. The role includes hunting new business sales in the territory assigned to you, new leads generation, follow up consistently on your previous visits and sales enquiries, closing deals, account management, reporting and exceeding call numbers and targets. This is a highly sought after role within our growing branch and is not for the faint hearted.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Resilience, confidence and absolute passion in everything they do.
- Excellent presentation, strong verbal and written communication skills with proven persuasive power.
- Enjoy meeting people and opening up conversation.
- Be highly motivated, with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build relationship at all levels, especially with the key decision makers and influencers.
- Be dynamic & confident with strong business acumen and work ethics.
- Be prepared to pick up the phone and make the calls to build a pipeline.
- Personal responsibility for own and team performance to deliver outstanding results in a fast paced environment.
- Be very organized individual with attention to detail, couple with excellent territory and strong time management skills to meet or exceed the call numbers, revenue and profit target required.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adapt to changes quickly, as knowledge in front of the customer is critical.
- A genuine “Can Do” attitude.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Sales experience is preferable but not 100% necessary….. We want dedicated, driven, energetic and passionate individuals with strong work ethic and proven ability to work under pressure and exceeding performance in prior roles.
