Due to our continued expansion we are currently recruiting a Branch Manager for another new branch in Sydney, NSW.
You would be joining a leading Electrical Wholesale business with 900+ stores worldwide. City Electric Supply are part of the City Electrical Factors group, who have been electrical wholesaling since 1951.
We are proud to be a "people business" caring for our staff and customers alike.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide customers with exceptional service levels
- Sales and Marketing
- Recruit, manage, motivate and develop staff
- Maximise sales and profit
- Manage and monitor expenditure
- Debtor control
- Set annual business targets, planning and performance
What are our requirements?

Someone with a successful and proven Electrical Wholesale sales background (essential).

Branch Manager or Account Manager experience.

Self-motivated, drive and enthusiasm.

Excellent leadership skills.

Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial role.

A positive "can do" attitude.

Results driven.

Good interpersonal skills.

Someone who can build a solid team around them.

Ability to build long term relationships with customers and suppliers.

Part of the role is to externally call on existing and new customers to build and maintain a solid customer base.
