Heart of the Role

We are looking for an epic sales hero to join our team! You will be part of the launch team to grow our customer base for our newest service offering.

You will be responsible for calling warm leads to encourage conversion to the Oneflare platform. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals with a genuine interest in driving sales growth in home services. We are all about actively understanding the needs of our clients, tailoring the best solutions for them and ensuring an amazing customer experience throughout the process.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitating inbound and outbound phone sales via numerous lead sources

  • Upholding consistent best practice to convert prospective customers to the Oneflare platform

  • Offering up-sell opportunities for new and existing clients (e.g. encouraging the use of our recurring booking service)

  • Assisting with fulfillment and admin when required

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Customer experience measured by assessment by management of random business samples.
  • Business Feedback & NPS.
  • Customer engagement measured by long term customer retention and minimal call rejections.
  • Limited expressions of non-interest following a call.
  • Sales Results measured by monthly sales volume - in the form of new sales and up-selling existing customers
  • Monthly Revenue - Total revenue generated through sales volume month to month.
  • Strategic improvements to supply-demand.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Previous telesales experience essential; cold calling a major bonus

  • Excellent communication; both written and verbal

  • Experience in a startup, or tech environment preferable
