Our client is an international success story, they provide a unique solution that has minimal competition in the market. As we all know , no software is perfect and therefore our client's point of difference is that they provide application add ons to all well known software platforms that enable the customer to customised the technology to be better suited to their needs.
Our client, is still in start up phase but has grown to 50 staff from 30 last year. They are aiming to become a large corporate one day, so now is the perfect time to join and be part of the growth. They have won awards and have references from some of the worlds most well known software vendors and corproate customers such as Optus.
The culture is youthful and dynamic, with the feel like a Google / Linkedin office style / culture in the heart of the CBD.

Role

This is a face to face sales role where you will be responsible for managing accounts and finding new customers. It is high rewarding role with huge commissions on offer of a very high base for industry standard, especially since no technology experience is required.

The company offer great training, many people with no software and technology experience have become successful reps because of the large investment into inductions, training and development.
There is a clear progression plan that enables you to move in to senior business development and account management. Leadership opportunities will also be available as the firm has massive growth plans to grow from 50 - 100 staff in the next three years.
Be ready to experience what a supportive sales team feels like. Our client heavily invests into mass marketing, events and research & development creating a flow of incoming leads. You will also be supported by a lead generation team that will assist you in booking appointments.
High paying commission with realistic targets, most of the successful reps achieving over the $200K OTE mark.

Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales (Industries such as IT, Recruitment, Advertising, Marketing, Human Resources, Events, Training etc. are all highly regarded
  • Well presented, good communication
  • Good career longevity
  • Proactive and relationship building attitude that is eager to make high earning
  • You must have the desire to stay with a company and build a long term career with our client as they are looking for people that want to be leaders and high achievers.



Salary
Salary is dependent on experience, base is between $70k - $100k base + Expenses or $10K Car Allowance + Uncapped Comms - $150K 1st year / 2nd Year 200K.
