Due to the sales growth of their iconic brand, our client is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their award winning dealership. This is a great career opportunity to join a large automotive group with a great team of people

Responsibilities include:

• First point of call for all enquiries at the front desk of the Service Department
• Building rapport with customers and meeting their needs
• Communicating with customers about the repairs and maintenance of their vehicles.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Previous experience in a similar position in the Automotive industry
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Goal orientated and task driven
• A current driver's license
• Excellent computer skills
• Available to work the occasional half Saturday
