Based in South Perth, your primary focus in this newly created Telemarketer role is setting appointments with pre-qualified prospective clients.

Job Description

With your positive attitude and pro-active approach to work, you will be skilled at building rapport quickly to generate appointments with prospective clients.

The role will involve qualifying prospects, making outbound calls and setting appointments for the Financial Planning team.  In this role you will be responsible for:

• Qualifying prospective clients; researching leads to establish potential to grow the business
• Making outbound calls to set appointments for our Financial Planners
• Follow up communication to prospective clients as required
• Updating our client database (Salesforce) as required
• Achieving set targets/KPI’s to grow the business.

Essential Skills

The successful candidate must have:

• 1-3 years of prior telemarketing experience
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Proven record in meeting and/or exceeding targets
• Results driven personality
• Professional telephone manner
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, CRM database)
• A positive and outgoing personality
• The ability to learn quickly
