APL Group, trading as APL Healthcare and Australian First Aid is a leading provider of First Aid training and equipment.
Your role will predominantly be with APL Healthcare providing much needed support within an open minded Equipment Sales Team.
We will provide ongoing training and support you require to carry out your role. You will need to be flexible for various roles within the company when required.
Duties will include:
Taking sales inquiries and orders over the phone
Supplying quotes
Online order processing
Replying to sales emails
Despatching freight when needed
Marketing to clients
Direct sales to the public
Quote follow ups
Receiving deliveries occasionally
Stocktaking
Working 9-5 Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent phone manner and communication with customers
- Sales experience
- Computer skills / MS Office
- MYOB / XERO skills
- Dear Inventory knowledge would be an advantage
- Flexibility to contribute to all aspects of the sales and logistics area.
