Our client is an Australian owned business that has operated for over 30 years, with a huge product range of industrial products and custom services. They are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Business Development Manager, who can create new business opportunities, and maintain and grow existing clients.

You can be based from home, with the company providing required office equipment, so you can spend your time with clients and potential clients, rather than having to go to an office every day.

The role also requires someone who can identify key markets across relevant sectors through in-depth market analysis and create opportunities for new products.

  • High level of proactive self-development and willingness to learn key technical components quickly and professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to drive revenue results.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a strong ability to win business on value.
  • Strong ability to influence decision makers and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Ability to identify business ideas and strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets ideally in industrial hardware, manufacturing, building materials, logistics, or related industries.
  • Highly developed market development and territory planning skills through discipline and organisation.
  • Proven track record of managing key client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team work, and adherence to company core values.
