Due to the launch of a new client program with one of Australia’s leading private health providers, we are looking for multiple Business Sales Representatives to join the CPM Australia team! Reporting into the Sales Team Leader, you will be allocated a territory to manage and generate strong business connections with SME’s and corporates. This will involve liaising with small-medium through to large businesses dealing with decision makers around their EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PROGRAMS and explaining the benefits of private health for their employees, such as lowering the chances of workplace injuries, illness and absenteeism. This will benefit businesses in many ways including an increase in productivity, engagement, employee morale and also allowing their employees to access a corporate healthcare plan that best suits their needs   

To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a relationship based sales environment 
  • Strong understanding of value based selling methodology
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage a territory cycle
  • Able to build and manage a strong sales pipeline through face to face customer contact
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Persistence and enthusiasm to achieve desired outcomes
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday
  • Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
