The Company

We are a home builder who specialise in homes on the higher end of the project home market. Every home is beautiful design and well built. We have had extremely good reviews and great traffic in the centre making sales easier to come by. We have a great reputation in the Sydney market and now want to move to the next level.

The Role

• Manage and follow up enquires with customers and visitors on new homes
• Selling new custom homes to potential clients
• Creation and updating of all Home & Land marketing including brochures, price updates, website and flyers
• Follow-up sales process activities including system set up of job and requests for site inspections
• Guide all customers to give an understanding of the display homes

What you need

You will ideally have the following criteria:

• Previous experience with another volume/custom home builder
• Proven sales record
• A team player
• Reliability, honesty and integrity
• Excellent presentation and professional attitude
• Competency with computer skills - Microsoft office etc
• Willing to work weekends
