Fleet Sales Consultant - Northpoint Toyota

Northpoint Toyota requires a Fleet Sales professional to join their successful Fleet Department, based at our brand new Toyota Dealership showroom at Prospect.

Northpoint is a family owned, diverse automotive company with over 250 employees, operating from 15 locations throughout metropolitan Adelaide, regional South Australia and South West Queensland.  We operate traditional automotive dealerships for Toyota, Ford, Hyundai and Hino and we also provide Fleet Management services.  Northpoint has been recognised for its guest centric culture and we strive to provide memorable experiences for all we come in contact with.

Reporting to the Toyota Fleet Sales Manager, this is a great opportunity if you are

·     Experienced in (but not essential) vehicle fleet sales or a similar sales field

·     Comfortable operating on a Business to Business sales basis

·     Able to identify and prospect new business/fleet opportunities

·     Motivated by meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets

·     Reliable and self motivated

·     Highly customer service focused in your sales approach

·     A believer in a whole of Dealership approach to vehicle sales

·     Understanding that earning potential is determined by your sales results

·     Highly organised and are able to multi task

·     Exceptional at building and retaining customer relationships

·     Excited to work towards and meet clearly defined KPI's

·     Confident in MS Office, with other IT/Digital skills highly regarded

·     A team player in a dynamic business area

·     Strong communication skills
