The role:
Reporting to the General Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and mentor a team of excellent Account Managers NSW wide whilst managing a handful of Key Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inspiring leadership and vision to the sales team
- Drive the development of top talents through individual development plans
- Identify needs of large customers while continuously looking for customer acquisitions
- Monitor competitor’s activity
- Maintaining strong employee engagement
- Penetrate targeted markets as well as maintaining relationship with existing key accounts
You:
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- Experience managing a team of Account Managers
- Tertiary qualifications - highly advantageous
- High level of customer orientation
- Full/clean driving licence
- Good understanding of OH&S
- An understanding of market development
In return you will receive a salary from $110-115,000 + FMCV, laptop, phone and a bonus that can see you achieve up to $60,000 within your first 12 months.
