We require a dynamic account manager with a successful record in customer retention to manage our client segment of examinations and prospect new business. You would be described as a high-energy, driven sales professional who has a consultative sales approach and the ability to negotiate agreements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio and potential key customers
  • Retain current revenue through a multi relationship approach
  • Identify growth opportunity within the designated portfolio and aligned segments
  • Manage the development of a balanced and sustainable pipeline to deliver long term sales goals
  • Development, implementation and improvement of tactical segmentation to support the acquisition of new customers

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in selling to government and large corporations, ideally involved in the examination and education industry.
  • Be commercially astute with sound understanding of business drivers and successfully generate new business and the grow existing accounts or industry segments.
  • Experience operating in relationship and solution environments, with a proven sales track record in achieving growth
  • Strong presentation - written & verbal to internal and external senior executives
  • High levels of personal commitment and willingness to accept accountability for actions
  • Strong and effective negotiation skills

A background in education and examination industry well regarded. You will be rewarded with a base salary and bonus scheme. Working from CBD offices, you are centrally located to all major accounts.
