We require a dynamic major account executive with a successful record of accomplishment selling solutions to senior executives. You would be described as a high-energy, driven sales professional who has a consultative sales approach and the ability to negotiate agreements.

Role responsibilities

  • Identification of qualification of major accounts and development of strategies to open doors
  • Account penetration, account planning and maintain the relationships with named accounts
  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, and developing client relationships
  • Maximise results from company generated leads from targeted campaigns
  • Exceed quarterly revenue objectives
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Live in CRM for all lead management and sales forecasting

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years of field selling experience to corporate customers
  • A proven and successful track record in securing new business with enterprise accounts
  • Experience negotiating and closing sales using solution selling techniques
  • A track record of consistent sales quota over-achievement
  • Exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively present to a c-suite audience and senior executives, influence individuals and groups at all levels
  • Effective time management, deal management, and problem solving skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Highly organised professional with a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience Dynamics CRM or similar
  • BS/BA Degree or higher preferred

A background in events, media sales, IT, recruitment or similar well regarded. You will be rewarded with a base salary and excellent commission scheme that provides opportunities to significantly increase your earnings.
