Retention / After Market Consultant

An extremely rare opportunity is currently available to join our award winning team at our brand new state of the art Prospect showroom on Main North Road at Prospect. This role will have 2 main focus areas:

1.        Sell aftermarket and protection products to our new and used car Guests post sale

2.       Identify and manage Retention opportunities for our Prospect site

We are looking for someone with an outgoing, positive attitude who loves to interact with people both internally and externally. This is a busy Dealership, regularly selling in excess of 110 new and used vehicles per month.

The successful applicant will possess exceptional communication skills, be well organized, manage their time effectively, be results focused, highly motivated and like to set and achieve targets.   

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be required to:

 

  • Sell aftermarket car care products to all guests
  • Meet & Greet Guests on the showroom floor
  • Offer the Toyota genuine accessories range
  • Complete all administrative aspects of aftermarket sales, eg: sales contract updates and warranty documentation
  • Enthusiastically participate in Dealership morning sales meetings, Toyota sales training and other activities including sponsorship, corporate events etc.
  • Successfully achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)  around penetration, gross and volume in both new and used car sales departments
  • Support the Sales teams to follow Northpoint's follow up contact plan to complete retention activities
  • To identify opportunities for life cycle checkups within our existing guest database
