Access Hire is a specialist division of Access Group Australia. We have the nation's largest privately owned fleet of access equipment. Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining sectors.
We are now seeking to add more experienced Sales Professionals to our team. If you have experience with Sales and/or Hire in our industry and are looking to work with and provide your customers with the newest and safest fleet, then this opportunity will reap great rewards.
You will be responsible for building market share in the Perth Metro area through developing new business. You will work with our Sales team to target customers from the existing market.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, highly motivated and will enjoy managing their existing customers and hunting for new opportunities in a growing market. You will be able to demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
Primary responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities in your territory
- Conduct customer site visits that build long term business relationships
- Meet and exceed agreed targets on a monthly and annual basis
- Work with your Sales Team to achieve targeted business goals
