About the business

We are a food tech startup.

We are launching in a few months. 

We are ready to get our skates on. 

We are me&u

With only a few months until our launch we are looking for some dedicated account managers who know restaurants and know them well. 

Whilst we may not be able to tell you much about what we do just yet know that if successful in this role you would be responsible for dealing with some amazing restaurants across Sydney whilst working in a fun and vibrant team and helping to improve an industry.

About the role

The Onboarding Specialist and Key Account Manager role is not just a long title. 

Its also a hybrid role looking after restaurant customers from the point of signed contract and for as long as they need us afterwards. 

Here at me&u it is our focus to ensure that no restaurant ever feels unloved and unwanted. Our account management team are focused on taking this journey together, side by side, holding hands. 

The tasks that would be expected of you include but are not limited to;

  1. Training:

    Action face-to-face trainings with prospective restaurants to use our  product to benefit their venue and their customers
  2. Consult

    Consult restaurants on the best use of our product and their own established operations.
  3. Post-activate

    Check in with newly activated restaurants to ensure the product is being used properly and without fault.
  4. Review and build

    Check in with active restaurants regularly to ensure the satisfaction of both the product and service provided whilst building stronger relationships.
  5. Retain

    Retain restaurants in danger of breaking up with us.
