Our client, a leading Australian owned franchise dealing in supply and distribution of products from renowned international and local brands is seeking a talented Franchise Support Manager to join their team. With their head office based in Victoria and Leadership Team based around the country, the FSM will ideally be based in Sydney, but working within another location within NSW will also be considered.

As Franchise Support Manager you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to franchisees within New South Wales, ACT and Queensland, to ensure the overall successful business outcomes.

To be successful in the role you will be a diligent, highly organised professional with meticulous attention to detail. This is a varied role, often with competing priorities and deadlines. Your ability to project manage and effectively communicate will be essential to your success.  You will be a skill communicator who builds and maintains relationships with a variety of stakeholders working at varying levels within the business.  

Our dream candidate for this role has tertiary qualifications in sales or business management, along with experience working in a franchise environment.

It is a fast-paced, results driven company, so you’ll need to be highly organised, tech savvy and able to develop systems and processes that will continue to drive the business forward.  You will thrive on working as part of a collaborative team and be happy to pitch in to achieve overall business goals and objectives.  

On a day to day basis you will work with your Franchise Partners to achieve key priorities including:

  • Providing support to ensure brand standards are met 
  • Championing consistency to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Analysis of business performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support to achieve sales growth targets in line with set budgets
  • Providing operational support and training in day to day business operations
  • Reviewing business training manuals and procedures and update as needed
  • Conducting regular onsite visits, communications and provide documented reports on outcomes
