About you

First and foremost, you have an incredible ability to instantly forge relationships and build rapport with customers, which is why you've been so successful in the account management space. 

You're now looking for the next step in your career, and wanting to try something new, challenging and exciting. Building upon your already extensive skill set including excellent phone manner and genuine care factor, you'll be able to be involved in something more meaningful.

Alongside your positive and energetic attitude, you also have the ability to naturally instil confidence, and bring back peoples’ spring in their step, which you find nothing short of rewarding. You provide advice from the heart, which will see you succeed in your next career move!



About the role

In this newly created role, you’ll be adding significant value through;

• Responding to inbound phone calls and emails from potential students
• Consulting and providing tailored advice around best training and courses
• Approach every enquiry with the upmost care
• Progressing payments and deposits
• Documenting and ensuring follow ups

Selection Criteria 

To be successful for this incredible opportunity, you must have the following;

• Strong level of compassion and empathy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident selling through features and benefits
• Excellent IT & Computer skills are highly desirable
• Positive disposition and energetic personality
• Committed to process improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
