The role:

 

La Roche-Posay has an exciting role for a dedicated and passionate Sales Representative to support the continued retail growth of the brand on a 6 month fixed term contract.

 

You will take on an existing and profitable territory, with established account base and huge development potential, whilst continuously striving to deliver Service Excellence and working with a dynamic mix of internal and external stakeholders. 

 

As a Sales Professional, you will achieve or exceed individual sales target by utilizing strategic selling skills to assist our clients with purchasing our products.   You will build new and existing clients within the pharmacy and medical channels by strengthening current client relationships, as well as provide outstanding service within all sales calls to new and prospective clients.

 

We are looking for an energetic candidate to be responsible for our Northern and Western Melbourne territory.   La Roche-Posay prides itself not only on the quality of their product, but the quality of their people.   To ensure your success, La Roche-Posay provides solid ongoing training, professional marketing, education support and a comprehensive infrastructure to support your development.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

• Develop and maximize your territory by focusing on strategic selling techniques and growth.

• Building lasting relationships with key pharmacies and account base within the area.

• Achieving sales targets - revenue sales and distribution.

 

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a sales representative, territory or wholesale sales manager ideally within the pharmacy and/or medical channel.

 

You will have a dynamic personality, loads of confidence and excellent relationship building skills. We’re ideally looking for sales professionals with knowledge of the category and passion for the industry with established pharmacy relationships however all strong sales backgrounds will be considered.
