Global construction market leader has a unique opportunity for a dynamic Architectural Construction Sales Superstar who has a proven career of winning tenders to develop and implement innovative building solutions.

The ideal person is a design problem solver that can demonstrate a proven career of working with Tier 1 & 2 Architects and Builders to develop innovative engineered building solutions.

This is a great career opportunity as the Architecture and Construction Team is growing quickly and needs an experienced Architectural Sales or Technical Sales professional with design flair to respond to EOI's, build relationships with Architects to secure new briefs and convert new business leads.

A Typical Day

Responding to EOI & Tenders
Meeting with Architects to develop a design solution
Briefing internal designers and estimators to cost project
Presenting 3D digital presentation to Architects
Discussing solution with the successful builders
Closing business and briefing Project Managers
Overseeing the account to ensure project is delivered on budget /on time

This is an ideal career opportunity for an experienced Architectural Facade Sales professional that can demonstrate a proven track record of securing $m Architect / Builder clients.(An engineering degree is highly desirable)
