Successful candidates will ideally possess:
- Proven experience with 'in house' sales and can demonstrate success
- Being a self-motivated, professional and energetic individual
- Assisting customers to choose the perfect solar system for their needs
- Being available to attend appointments 5-6 day's p/w including Saturday's
- Mobile telephone, drivers licence and a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel
- Enjoying meeting new people
NRG will provide a retainer in line with the award and additional commission on meeting KPI's.
