Our client is a medium sized private business with a long history of success as a supplier of design led, premium products across Australia. They are currently seeking a senior sales leader with a background in structured, solutions based selling to reinvigorate and refocus their Go to Market sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
To succeed in this exciting role will require demonstrable evidence of contemporary sales thinking and leadership coupled with success in the development of market segmentation strategies, sales systems and performance measurement. Additionally, as the business context is highly solutions orientated, your experience will incorporate selling products with long sales cycles that focus on key decision makers that influence product specification for customer requirements.
Moreover, you will be a genuinely collaborative leader who can work closely with your peers in Marketing, Operations and Finance to drive revenue and profitability. Importantly you will also be tertiary qualified, ideally with a post graduate degree such as an MBA.
Finally, as this role has a pathway to the CEO position, in addition to your high-level sales leadership skills, you will be able to demonstrate a commercial and strategic acumen to successfully make this transition.
