Because we have enjoyed amazing growth, we are now searching for a National Account Manager – Structured Trade. You will be responsible for the successful management and roll out of the retail strategy for Youfoodz + Enterprise brands in our largest, national customers.

We have ambitious targets for this sector of the business and we're looking for someone who shares our vision and can deliver exceptional financial and operational results for both Youfoodz and our retail customers.

Let's get down to the nitty gritty requirements of the role: 

  • Development and implementation of QTRLY business reviews, category reviews and joint customer plans
  • Coordinate & communicate with all relevant internal departments including logistics & distribution, accounts, marketing, creative & operations.
  • Achieve revenue, margin and contribution targets for customer groups
  • Coordinating campaigns and promotions with key customers, aligning our internal campaigns with key customer groups.  
  • Meeting with Merchandise and Category Managers, Franchises and Group Marketing Managers to plan, monitor and review activity.
  • Manage the execution of all activities including accountability across the team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of all work.
  • Set and achieve goals & KPI's for your department.
  • Following timelines & company marketing calendars.
  • Drive brand & culture consistency across all touch points.
  • Analysis of results and insights to improve overall strategy for Retail.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Always challenge the status quo & innovate

Key requirements:

  • Solutions focused National Account Manager
  • 3 years experience in National Account Manager role within FMCG, sales or a franchise group
  • Sales, retail & distributor knowledge and experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and decision making skills
  • Driven to work autonomously while taking lead in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
