Someone we Placed  

Our client is looking to bring on an Account Manager to join their amazing team who has a desire to be trained extensively. The National Sales Manager we placed is exceptional and has had multiple promotions during her time while also promoting multiple team members. she is inspirational, hardworking, and empathetic and has a wealth of industry experience from a sales and technical perspective.  

We also placed a senior manager who has been with the company for 5 years. 

The Role  

The role is predominately in the office with face to face meetings occurring intermittently. The ability to up-sell while maintaining customer relationships is key. They are searching for an AM who can walk into 150 accounts who can also handle high value and high risk accounts.  

Someone with Business Development experience has an avenue to take in a hybrid role also. This would entail a degree of Account Manager and New Business.

What You Need:  

What you need to bring is a great attitude towards working in a supportive network, the right approach towards sales and a thorough track record of success either within sales, BDM or Account management role. Experience 1-2 years as an Account Manager in this field is preferred as the role will be looking after over 150 existing accounts and will be targeted on both revenue and activity KPI’s.  This client places a huge emphasis on training and development therefore; you will need to be a fast leaner and fit in the terrific culture that the team offers.  

If you have the ability to be confident in an Account Manager role then this is still a solid fit for you. There are HUGE avenues of growth very quickly due to their rapid success 

It is vital to have the intent and knowledge to improve sales efficiency and client relationships. This is an extremely positive and hard-working environment and the right person will only add to that.
