Direct Freight Express is a national leading transport and logistics company and has been in operation for over twenty five (25) years.
As a Business Development Executive your main responsibility will be seeking new corporate opportunities and expanding opportunities within an existing territory of clients in the Northern Sydney region.
The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:
- Creating business development opportunities by identifying and engaging potentials clients
- Account Management of an existing portfolio
- General Sales Administration/Record Management
- Provide support to the national Sales team to assist in the effective overall operation of the Sales functions
- Timely and accurate performance reporting
In order to be successful in this role you must possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:
- Experience in Business to Business Sales (Essential)
- Experience in Account Management (Essential)
- Negotiation/Bargaining Skills
- Proven track record in tailored solution selling
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Exceptionally high standard of professionalism
- Effective time management
- Applicants must possess a current drivers license
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
