ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The successful applicant will join the direct sales team at Essential Coffee and be a part of a challenging and rewarding division of our highly successful team. We are seeking a fulltime Direct Sales Professional who is genuine with a passion for sales excellence, is a professional, has a high level work ethic and a superior sales record. You'll be working with market leading brands to deliver on individual and team KPIs through developing and growing our customer base across Victoria and Australia.
ABOUT YOU
This is a direct business to business (B2B) role and requires the drive and ability to achieve clearly defined targets. A proven track record in successful B2B direct sales is required. You must enjoy driving to meet all types of business owners to demonstrate our equipment and our coffee. This is not a desk job!

- Direct B2B sales experience
- Ability to build genuine relationships
- Sell to the needs of any business
- Cold canvass and self-generate sales
- Service inbound leads
- Ability to succeed in a highly autonomous role
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic and success in previous employment
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous self-development and learning
- Current Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Right to full time permanent employment via Australian residency or citizenship
