My client is one of the world's leading Sports Brands that designs and develops footwear, apparel and accessories. Committed to working in ways that contribute to the world by supporting creativity, sustainability and peace, and by staying true to the principles of being fair, honest, positive and creative in decisions made and actions taken.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage all business activities in relation to the account or category function within account. Represent and document the interest of the account with brand interfaces and balance brand goals with account needs by leveraging Customer Info Deck and Customer Business Plans.
  • Manage and support the annual selling and activity schedule (GTM Process) for the Key Account - Strategy and business review meetings, range review and selling meetings etc.
  • Deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s) and category, agree with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-thru targets and monitor the progress. Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook making sure orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines.
  • Forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales, Margin & Order book. Monitor and report on customer and competitor performance i.e. market share and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities.
  • Measure progress on own KPIs and ensure continuous improvement on brand and product knowledge.

Skills and experience:

  • University degree in business or equivalent, ideally with focus on sales, retail and marketing (preferred)
  • 2+ years experiences in a Sales, Retail, Marketing function
  • Experiences within the Sport, FMCG, Consulting industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation, planning and organization skills
  • Proactive approach with high energy
  • Drive for results and strong analytical skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (excel, power-point, etc.)
