The business
A leading packaging distributor who have been supplying Australian businesses for over 25 years with a variety of packaging products. They have a fantastic network of quality manufacturers across Australia and Asia who they have built relationships with through a detailed selection of criteria based on quality, reliability, credibility, pricing & flexibility. They supply in six key categories - corrugated products, folding cartons, rigid cardboard, displays, coffee cups and plastic products.
The role
- Utilise your existing network and business development drive to grow a business unit
- Develop specific plans to achieve growth in-line with business goals and budgets
- Understand customer brands and their strategies
- Writing business and growth plans, implementing and continuing supplier agreements, tendering and quoting
- Meeting with multiple key stakeholders regularly throughout each business
- Liaising with purchasing and customer service to ensure smooth transactions and delivery dates are met.
The avenues you go down are entirely up to you as you will have the autonomy and independence to produce something that is fresh and new but most importantly express yourself and develop your concept in the way that you choose.
The individual

This role will reward you with a $100k base salary, super, $20k car allowance & equity/commission.
