Must be articulate and immaculately presented with a desire to start a career in the Automotive Sales or Finance Industry

The role is based working in a Franchised Car Dealership

The role is working in the New Car Showroom explaining the Finance and Insurance Options available to customers at point of sale

You must be: Articulate, Immaculately presented, Tech Savvy and Confident in a competitive sales environment

• Initial Salary during Traineeship $45,000-$50,000 PA + super
• On the Job Training & Certification - Paid While You Learn
• No Finance Experience Necessary

• OTE $80,000+  at completion of Traineeship (3-12 months)

 
THE ROLE:
 
As a Finance & Insurance Business Manager's Assistant your role is to assist the Senior Business Manager to provide/offer all clients with Finance & Insurance solutions when they purchase their new vehicle within the dealership, whilst completing accreditation and training syllabus to yourself become an Experienced Business Manager..


What you will learn during your traineeship:

• Full accreditation and certification for Automotive Finance & Insurance
• How to build Strong rapport & have the ability to build trust with clients
• Identify clients needs & tailor a Finance & Insurance package to suit
• Profiling customers based on their credit history & personal circumstances
• Work closely with sales consultants & sales managers to assist them in closing deals based on affordability.
• Dealership Reporting & management Systems
• Preparing Loan Documents
• Funds settlement form financiers
• Vehicle encumbrance checks
• Settlements
• Much more

 
 
All your training is provided from the dealership who employs you & Total Selling Solutions (at zero cost to you) who are a contracted training partner to car dealerships. This means for you that there is a clear and defined pathway and that you are paid by the dealership while you learn!
This course will not only help you meet and exceed KPI’s but will also teach you everything you need to know about selling Finance & Insurance under the new legislation & by the end of your training you will be fully accredited. This course is fully funded by the car dealership to assist in helping you become a Finance & Insurance professional.

Over the term of the traineeship you will transition into a fully qualified/accredited Finance & Insurance Consultant. Once you have made this transition you will be rewarded with uncapped commissions on top of your salary will also be eligible for a company car or car allowance.

ON OFFER:

• Full Time Employment with Immediate Start 
• Internship- All training is fully funded by the Car Dealership
• Start Salary is approx $50,000 which includes your Base, Sunday Loading and Superannuation. 
• On top of your salary after completion of your internship you will receive:
• Uncapped Commissions $$$*
• OTE $80,000+ PA (at completion of traineeship)
• Car or Car Allowance negotiable at end of traineeship.
