A fantastic opportunity exists for a Regional Sales Manager – Specification based in New South Wales. Reporting to the National Sales Manager (Specification) you will be responsible for the management and profitability of the commercial business in NSW/ACT. 

The key responsibilities for this role will include: 

  • Achieving budgeted sales and gross margin through the provision of exceptional customer service
  • Following up major building projects with construction companies through our distribution network
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic business partnerships, focusing on building relationships
  • The implementation of sales and marketing strategies throughout your region
  • Developing the sales team through mentoring, coaching and positive reinforcement
  • Effective leadership and management of a sales team 

Whilst experience and knowledge of the architectural specification market will be well regarded, more critical will be your comprehensible sales success, professional business acumen and commerical industry knowledge. 

Your successful background will provide examples of utilising your excellent business planning abilities. In addition, your approach, drive and exceptional interpersonal skills will leverage business opportunities and contribute directly to the bottom line.
