Business Development Manager
Our client is an Artificial Intelligence/Fintech start-up looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. They’re a VC backed business who are rapidly growing across Australia. They’re looking for someone who’s looking to join an innovate tech business and who are driven to grow with their company.
The role
Their current team strive on being high performers, team players and disrupting the market. So, they’re looking for a passionate BDM to sell to their SMB customers. This team is rapidly growing across Australia and successful candidates will thrive in this agile and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Achievement of monthly/ quarterly/annual new business targets
- Build and maintain relationships with new SMB prospects
- Articulate the software's value proposition to senior business leaders based on a sound understanding of business operations and process management challenges.
- Adaptable to change management
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
You
- Degree level education (preferred but not required)
- 1 - 2 + years closing sales experience or exceeding targets in a lead generation role
- Experience working in Technology or shown a strong interest in SaaS
- Hunter/new business mentality
- Experience of meeting or exceeding targets.
Salary - $65,000 - $70,000 plus super OTE $130,000
