About the Position:

Our client is looking for a talented Territory Management / Account Manager to head up their sales and will have the sole responsibility for servicing accounts and securing new business across Launceston.

Based in Launceston , our client is seeking an individual to join their Tasmanian team. Ideally being a proven sales professional, eager to step up and demonstrate their leadership skills and ability to enhance sales through the development of client relationships and implementation of sales strategies aimed at driving growth.

You will have a demonstrated track record in Sales success, and ideally have experience in establishing and sustaining business relationships in a B2B environment.

Some exposure to operating theatres within a medical environment and providing expertise to nurses and medical personnel.

If you are self-motivated and have a can-do attitude and would like to advance your career in sales then this is the role for you.

Successful Applicants will possess:

  • Ability to plan, manage and co-ordinate the B2B sales and marketing activities to maximise sales, market penetration and awareness
  • Manage and grow business opportunities within your client portfolio
  • Demonstrated Talent or Notable success throughout their life (professional or personal basis)
  • Develop the client relationship and business through effective project and campaign management and service analysis to ensure client satisfaction
  • Background in Health Care, Medical, Robotics, Bio-Mechanics, Physiology, Nursing or Pharmaceuticals would be highly regarded
  • A drive to meet and exceed sales targets and individual KPI’s - financial rewards provided
  • Strong commercial acumen with a sales focused drive
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate a solid sales background in high end B2B sales
  • Ability to forecast, implement and manage budgets
  • Highly professional presentation and mannerisms
  • Flexibility to work across the working week to facilitate client and marketing needs
  • Previous Experience in the commercial, supply & service, hospitality industry or industrial sectors desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage your sales pipeline
