Idealair Group supplies well known market brands of air movement equipment and associated products into the HVAC & R and affiliated industries. At Idealair Group we are dedicated to servicing our customers and offering product guidance to help with the growth and success of our customer's projects.
We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Estimator & Technical Sales - Internal to join our ACT team located in Fyshwick. General knowledge of the heating, ventilation, commercial fans and air-conditioning market is a pre-requisite for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and submission of HVAC tenders
- Answering sales and technical telephone enquiries
- Processing of orders and data entry
- Counter sales and providing support around product issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and develop good customer relations
- Ensure all orders won are project managed in-line with the customer's wishes and all amendments are documented and communicated to the customer, vendor & warehouse & logistics staff
Essentials:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in a B2B wholesale role
- Ability to perform administrative duties as required
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role would be highly advantageous
- High degree of attention to detail
- Motivated and committed to achieving sales goals and objectivities
- Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge of Windows based computer systems, ie Excel Word
