The Client:
Our client is a market leader in Commercial door furniture and hardware systems. They are well financed and have supplied a number of the largest commercial and multi-residential projects in Melbourne in recent years. They have seen steady growth in both revenues and GP over the last financial year and now looking to recruit a Specialist Account Manager to champion their range of Acoustic & Energy Efficient Door Seals.
The Role:
You will be based in Melbourne and focus your efforts on developing sales with a targeted and specific customer base in the metro area. You will be focusing your efforts on winning project-based business on medium to large projects in both the commercial and multi-residential verticals. Your customer base is diverse and you will have regular contact with Door Manufacturers, Fabricators, Builders and even Architects and Interior Designers. They have a strong brand in the market with products that have unique Fire, Acoustic and Energy Saving features and benefits.
The Candidate:
You will be a seasoned professional and you will have demonstrated success in exceeding targets in door hardware sector. It is also likely that you will also have experience in selling a tangible product to builders and/or contractors/fabricators and that you can demonstrate success in exceeding targets in previous roles.
