The Company
An excellent opportunity has presented itself within a global leader in the Consumer Electronics space. They are highly respected in the industry and are a true innovator in its field, developing cutting edge products that push both the physical and technological boundaries of our time. This specific division has outgrown other internal departments and their competition in Australia year on year and they are currently seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their team. This role will be directly reporting to the National Dealer Sales Manager.
The Role
As the Dealer Account Executive, your main responsibilities would be developing existing relationships with major distributors and trade customers across your given territory. The role will see you driving sales within existing accounts and also hunting for new prospects within your territory, provide product training and negotiating with the dealer networks. This is a great role for an experienced sales professional who has experience within account management and new business development.
Skill Set Required
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- 2 3 experience as a Account Executive, Territory Manager or similar Sales position
- Experience in dealer or wholesaler network is highly advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent negotiation skills with dealer networks (distribution channel)
- Proven sales records within your given industry
- The ability to work autonomous.
