At Park Avenue Foods we thrive at making a difference everyday. We partner with every customer to develop, promote, sell and distribute global entertainment branded FMCG products to our chosen markets. Due to market opportunities and an expanded service offering we need to recruit a passionate and accomplished account manager to drive sales to new and existing accounts.
Your role will be to build on the existing client base and grow new opportunities with our expanding portfolio. Your track record of success will reflect your ability to build strong and enduring relationships with a cross section of executives.
Experience, knowledge and skills required:
- Strong knowledge and experience working in the impulse (P & C) and independent grocery channels with both retailers and wholesalers/distributors;
- Experience in head office buyer level negotiations;
- Commercial aptitude and drive to ‘make things happen’;
- A proven hands on approach and ability to effectively multi task;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Attention to detail and persistence to follow up;
- Highly goal driven, energetic and enthusiastic team player;
- Ability to travel if required.
