Oji Fibre Solutions is a leading producer of market, pulp, paper and fibre based packaging solutions which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments. We are currently seeking a results driven, new Business Development Manager to join our state of the art greenfield manufacturing facility in Yatala Qld.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager QLD, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our Corrugated packaging business in QLD. You will have a proven record of B2B selling supported by technical aptitude; and above all you will be driven by the thrill of achieving sales 'wins' based on providing your clients with proven solutions.

You must be highly organised with exceptional communication skills and have a proven ability to exceed sales budgets and maintain profit margins. A real understanding of customer needs and capability to build relationships with customers is vital to succeeding in this role. Must have a current Australian drivers license.
