Regional Rehab and Mobility are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our friendly team as a Sales and Administration assistant in our Bundaberg store.

The successful applicant will require an intermediate level of Quickbooks experience.

As a Sales/Admin assistant your roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Customer Service
  • Sales and Quoting
  • General office duties
  • Database maintenance 
  • Assisting with the ongoing management of stock (this includes product inventory as well as participating in regular stocktakes)
  • Inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Promotion of goods and services 
  • Ordering of stock
  • Merchandising stock
  • Contract support

The ideal applicant will also demonstrate:

  • Previous experience, knowledge or an interest in home healthcare equipment
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication 
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
  • Good reliable work ethics
