Regional Rehab and Mobility are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our friendly team as a Sales and Administration assistant in our Bundaberg store.
The successful applicant will require an intermediate level of Quickbooks experience.
As a Sales/Admin assistant your roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Customer Service
- Sales and Quoting
- General office duties
- Database maintenance
- Assisting with the ongoing management of stock (this includes product inventory as well as participating in regular stocktakes)
- Inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Promotion of goods and services
- Ordering of stock
- Merchandising stock
- Contract support
The ideal applicant will also demonstrate:
- Previous experience, knowledge or an interest in home healthcare equipment
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communication
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
- Good reliable work ethics
