Our Business is one of the largest and most dynamic fast growing Fashion Agencies in NSW, representing various established Australian and International Brands in Fashion and Accessories for Consumers products based in Fashion hub Rosebery NSW.

We require a Sales Manager to help sell of our 32 fabulous brands and join our team and Halation family!

Reporting to the General Manager of this vibrant fashion agency, you, as Sales Manager you will work exclusively with industry leading designers to represent their brands in all states. Prior fashion retail and wholesale experience is a must, you do need to demonstrate a proven track record in sales, existing relationships, proof of relationship, development and management. If you have an entrepreneurial drive, determination to succeed and a 'get up and go' and problem solver attitude, then please send your CV today for an immediate interview.

Your role will be to take charge of specific existing labels and sell to current and target new clients for 5 labels.

Your responsibilities will be to,

  • Drive sales and ensuring that weekly, monthly and yearly budgets are met.

  • Delivery excellent customer Service
  • Ensure the brand is represented in the right locations within appropriate branded stores.

  • Promote the brand's profile & identifying new business opportunities

  • Meet and exceeding KPI's

  • Develop customer relationships while maintaining high customer service standards

  • Help develop Brand sales strategy

  • Be able to work on different brand types, From fast fashion to contemporary to accessories.

  • Sending order confirmations to suppliers, entering orders into JOOR, NUorder in Niche  programs and using a CRM system.

  • Potential travelling to Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane 

You must have a positive personality, passionate about what you do, with the ability to communicate with your team and clients and most of all is customer focused. You will love Fashion but more importantly be sales driven. You must have impeccable presentation. 

Your qualities, you need to be a hard working, quick, driven, knowledgeable and a motivated self starter. This is not a job for the faint hearted! The pace is fast with weekly, monthly deliveries and budgets. 

You must thrive under pressure, love a team environment and need to be able to juggle up to 5 collections at a time.

You need to be an excellent and hungry seller, able to work unsupervised, and initiate contacts and follow through to orders and long standing customer relationships.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills including cold calling new customer targets.

Word, Excel, Gmail computer experience is essential. Niche, NuOrder, JOOR & Sales Force training an advantage.
