Job tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a mature, confident and enthusiastic person with strong sales and people skills and proven experience in representing technology based products and solutions to join our successful national team. Responsibilities include;

  • Process incoming orders
  • Prepare quotations for customers
  • Follow-up calls, emails and quotations
  • Outbound account management and prospecting
  • Investigate and define customer requirements
  • Define and propose solutions
  • Leverage, utilise and support marketing campaigns

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will need to;

  • Demonstrate a proven sales background in a field such as IT, consumer electronics or wireless technologies
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and time to achieve business goals & KPIs
  • Have a curious and consultative nature that can successfully introduce a range of business solutions in a way that is clearly understood by customers
  • Have a passion and drive for success
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills
  • Commitment to genuine customer service and satisfaction
