Well-known Australia-wide builder looking for a Junior Sales Associate looking to break into residential sales
Your new company
Hays is allied with this multiple award winning residential builder based across multiple suburbs in the Northern and Brisbane CBD area. The company have over 40 years’ experience in the sector operating across Australia. The company regularly complete multiple exceptional urban projects across Brisbane annually.
Your new role
You will be responsible for converting leads from walk-ins plus generating your own leads where required. You will be required to transfer inquiries in to sales and under the mentoring of a Senior Sales Professional. You will have the opportunity to continue brand development for the organisation and bring in new business and sales to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven track record of sales in an industry based out of Brisbane. It would be ideal if prior to this you had a successful residential sales or apartment sales background but not a necessity as training will be provided. You will need to be immaculately presented as this position is often the face of the business and additionally you will need excellent communication skills, both verbally and written as communication is a key aspect of the role.
What you'll get in return
You will work for one of Australia’s biggest builders and after a probationary period, receive one of the highest and clear commission incentive salaries on the market. For the right candidate, the builder is willing to fund their Real Estate qualification/license. You will receive on in 6 weekends off via a rota based system.
