About the Role

The Sales Manager is a new role that will drive business development and growth across our local market, and around Australia. You will provide leadership to a successful team, and engage with the key stakeholders of our existing corporate clients whilst developing relationships with new & potential clients.

You will be responsible for driving a sales culture and implementing best practice sales systems and behaviors that will enable the team to deliver on business goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage, drive and lead the sales team across daily operations
  • Training, mentoring and assisting the sales team to achieve KPI’s and targets
  • Key Account Development and planning
  • Drive customer satisfaction through outstanding advice and service from the team
  • Develop key mid-market and larger SME prospect accounts through targeted strategies
  • Managing activities for the achievement of the sales budgets and targeted objectives
  • Work with operations to ensure smooth day to day delivery of customers’ orders

About You:

You are a hunter and a leader with a strong business acumen, with a passion for technology and the role it can play in driving business outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales target achievement
  • Major account management experience
  • Leadership experience within the ICT, Managed Print or other related industry
