Sales Executive (CML)

Our client is quoted as one of the most successful property owners and managers in the market with a significant development pipeline. Due to a growing portfolio, they are seeking an Sales Executive to join their Casual Mall Leasing team based in Sydney. 
  
Your Role 

You will be joining a fast paced and dynamic team, your role responsible for:  

• Managing relationships with existing clients
• Building a solid repport with new clients 
• Managing and processing all booking for a portfolio of centres 
• Take enquiries and qualify and refer as necessary
• Complete all reports, standard and ad-hoc as necessary
• Maintain exemplary files and file notes on behalf of the team
• Administer and ensure accuracy of all systems
• Maintain appropriate client relationships and internal relationships to enhance work-flows and business opportunities.

Your Skills

To be successful for this role you will have at least a year’s experience working within an administration/coordination role ideally within the property sector. You must be highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload. Your strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders will be highly regarded.
