CentricMinds partners with a wide variety of customers to transform how they work through our Digital Workplace tools encompassing Internet, Intranet & Document Management. Our flagship product, the CentricMinds Enterprise Digital Experience platform is employed by some of the world's largest brands.

The role
Your primary goal is to generate new business for the company in the form of selling Internet, Intranet and Document Management projects to new prospects. Your secondary goal is to provide account management to existing customers and support how we can better service them and bring them further success through our product and services. You will work with and be supported by the senior leadership team. This is a full time role in our modern South Melbourne studio.

Your experience
You’re a hunter. You like to research, connect with, engage and nurture prospects through to conversion into new customers. You are hungry and motivated to turn a greenfield into a forest through determination and hard work. You live in LinkedIn and you are always on the phone influencing people with our value proposition. You know the investment it takes to move the needle and create new business. You know follow ups are instrumental in winning new customers and you’re always thinking about where new opportunity may exist. You bring to this role:

  • Proven commercial experience in selling digital services and products to medium and enterprise customers
  • Building a pipeline and working with a senior leadership team in turning leads into new customers
  • Account management of existing customers and fostering inside sales opportunities
  • Experience with CRM tools; Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Good work ethic

You’ll be working within a highly skilled team consisting of sales management, project management, marketing management, UI/UX and software development.   • Minimum 3+ year’s experience
  • $100K - $120K+ (based on your experience)
  • Bonus structure based on sales targets being met
  • Laptop provided
  • Budget for phone and travel
