Due to our continued growth in the business to-business market, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Key Account Manager to work in Melbourne’s CBD. Officeworks is looking for a strong, pro-active sales professional who is driven by the delivery of optimal customer service and the achievement of sales growth. The primary focus of this great role is the retention and expansion of an assigned client portfolio.

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated face to face sales/account management experience in a B2B environment
  • Capability to retain and grow a tailored solution to an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Ability to handle complex sales cycles and meet targets
  • Be able to work autonomously
  • Sound business acumen with the ability to make commercially viable business decisions and,
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and strong time management skills.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Building strong Client relationships with your assigned client portfolio
  • Building sustainable customer relationships in a short time frame based on clearly identifying your new customers’ needs and providing tailored solutions to meet these needs and,
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Officeworks Business Specialists, our Customer Support Centre and our Retail Store network
