Corporate Account Manager
Quest Apartment Hotels is the largest and fastest growing serviced apartment operator in Australasia with a network of over 140 franchised properties across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Quest Southbank has an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Account Manager to join its friendly, enthusiastic and successful team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the General Manager, the position involves:
- Develop sales and marketing plans in accordance with the property budget
- Cold call prospective clients to establish their business potential
- Manage the sales process from lead generation, appointment setting, client proposals and contracts
- Attend site inspections, offsite client meetings, familiarisations and networking events
- Work with the guest relations team to ensure the realisation of sales opportunities
Skills Required:
- Have proven sales ability and experience at converting new business, working to and achieving sales targets and KPI's
- Passion for developing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients
- Experience and confidence in dealing with corporate accounts
- The ideal applicant will be self driven with a desire to succeed, grow corporate business, and win market share
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
A proven track record in sales or account management and experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.
