The Organisation

Do you thrive in a fast paced, supportive sales role? Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join the Cleanawater team. Cleanawater is a subsidiary of Bulbeck Enviro, who lead the Australian market in water treatment system design, manufacture, installation and servicing. Cleanawater’s award-winning products are engineered for performance, economy and ease of use. The range includes custom-built and off-the-shelf units approved by all major water authorities.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for triaging and managing high volumes of inbound customer enquiries via phone, email or the website. Your superior communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to assist with product coordination and delivery. In addition, your technical aptitude will ensure you can discuss and explain the technical components of the products with customers.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal applicant will be self-motivated and have the following experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ successful sales experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment

• Technical or mechanical aptitude is highly desirable with ability to understand and interpret scientific/technical information

• Ability to gain an intricate understanding of multiple product lines and discuss these with customers

• Proven capacity to deliver timely and accurate quotes

• Proven track record in following up new business

• Previous experience with a large CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite

• Effective time management skills

• Pro-active and positive attitude with the ability to multi-task
