The global leader in providing integrated security solutions to the commercial industry requires a Business Development Manager to prospect new opportunities and provide technical solutions to the end users need.

In response to the increase market demand for security, an opportunity for two Business Development Managers has opened to utilise their commercial integrated security experience and contribute to the company's growth strategy. Description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your primary objective is to establish key relationships in the market, ascertain client needs, to deliver integrated security solutions ultimately achieving sales growth targets.

  • Prospect new opportunities by establishing relationships with in a Business to Business environment
  • Ability to ascertain client requirements and delivery a consultative and add value solution.
  • Be knowledgeable of all innovative technology in order to provide a tailored solution to your client.
  • Prepare presentations to clients.
  • Through process management and monitoring all CRM activities, identify opportunities for existing clients to grow their accounts by offering ad-value technical solutions and introducing clients to new product developments
  • Monitor and analyse client activities and industry trends and recommend countermeasures where required in order to ensure that targets are achieved.
  • Liaise with internal teams and senior management with market activities in order to forecast and effectively respond to all relevant industry demands.
  • Develop and implement infrastructures that will support in identifying opportunities with existing clients and New Business.
  • Contribute to Sales meetings and provide all required sales reporting.
  • Monitor and ensure all activities are compliant with all relevant regulations, statutory and ethics requirements

Profile

  • Must have experience in access control systems, CCTV and/or recording mechanisms in security
  • Strong technical knowledge in integration security systems
  • Ability to demonstrate new business achievements
  • Strong communication, analytic and interpersonal skill
